Refund, Return, Reshipment & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026

1. Subscription & Billing

Sprout Health medications are provided on a recurring monthly, 3 month or 6 month subscription. Your payment method on file will be automatically charged each month at the price shown at checkout, until you pause or cancel. Pricing and renewal cadence are disclosed in full before you complete your order.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on how far your order has progressed through medical review and pharmacy fulfillment:

3. Returns

Due to regulatory guidelines, Sprout cannot accept returns of any prescription medication. Patients with unused medication, or who've been approved for a credit, should follow the FDA's guidelines for medication disposal.

4. Reshipment — Damaged, Defective, Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Medication

If you receive your package and have any concerns regarding its contents, condition, or temperature integrity, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Assessment Guidelines:

Reports Received Outside the 48-Hour Window:

Requests submitted after 48 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While we will do our best to assist you, reshipments outside the 72-hour window are not guaranteed, and you may be required to cover the cost of a replacement dose.

5. Delayed Shipment Policy

We do everything we can to make sure your treatment is delivered smoothly, but sometimes things happen that are out of our direct control. Global medication shortages, supply chain issues, and shipping carrier delays can occasionally affect whether a medication is in stock or how quickly it arrives. Because these disruptions are outside of our control, Sprout Health is not liable for any delays or resulting gaps in your therapy. In the event of a shortage, our standard practice is to fulfill and ship your order as quickly as humanly possible once stock becomes available, rather than issuing a refund.

6. Requesting a Shipment Delay or Pause

You can request to delay your next shipment by contacting us at help@joinsprouthealth.com or through your patient portal.

To guarantee we can act on your request, we need to receive it at least 5 business days before your scheduled ship date. Pharmacy processing typically begins shortly after your renewal date, so requests received after that window may arrive too late — your order may already be in fulfillment or in transit.

If your delay request arrives after your medication has already shipped, we're unable to stop, recall, or refund that shipment (see Section 3 for refund eligibility). We're happy to delay your following month's shipment instead.

Once approved, we'll hold your next shipment for the requested period and resume billing and shipping on the date you specify.

7. Multi-Month or Prepaid Plans

If you cancel early, we look at the exact total amount you actually paid at checkout (including any discounts applied) and divide it by the number of months in your plan. We then refund you that exact monthly value for any months of medication that have not yet been shipped.

For example: If you paid a total of $700 after a discount for a 3-month plan, your plan value is $233.33 per month. If you cancel after 2 shipments, you will receive a refund of $233.33 for the remaining 1 month.

8. Late or Missing Refunds or Credits

9. Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, we need to receive your cancellation request at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Requests received after that window will take effect the following cycle, and the upcoming charge will still apply.

After cancellation, you'll retain access to any medication or services already paid for through the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will occur.

Canceling your subscription stops future charges only. It does not cancel or refund an order that has already been sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment (see Section 3).
